Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear! If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear or damage).
• Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Octopus Grappling.
• Custom items and handwraps are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is approved.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email returns@octopusgrappling.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive instructions for return shipping once your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
